NudgiLabs takes the privacy of your health information seriously. Information you share through our assessment is transmitted over encrypted connections and handled through HIPAA-compliant systems.

When your assessment is reviewed by an independent licensed medical provider, that provider is bound by HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and applicable state privacy laws.

We do not sell your health information, and we do not share it with advertisers. It is used only to coordinate your evaluation, prescription, and fulfillment.
